Privacy Policy

Account information: your email address and authentication data, handled by our identity provider, Clerk. We don't see or store your password.

What you tell us: the idea you describe, your answers during the clarifying conversation, and any photos you choose to upload — this is what actually gets used to build your app.

Generated content: the app that gets built for you, and (if you publish it) its public URL and any custom domain you connect.

Payment information: handled directly by Stripe. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and basic billing metadata — never your full card number.

Domain registration information: if you purchase a custom domain, real registrant contact information (name, email, phone, and address) is required by the domain registrar and ICANN rules, and is submitted directly to the registrar to complete the purchase.

Usage data: basic account activity needed to run the service, like which builds you've started and your Credit balance.

To actually build what you asked for — your idea and Clarify conversation are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate your app.

To run your account — track your free builds and Credit balance, let you sign in, and show you your own projects.

To process payments and domain purchases through Stripe and our domain registrar.

To communicate with you — service updates, and replies if you contact Support.

We don't sell your personal information.

Only the service providers we use to actually run Idea2Life: Clerk (authentication), Anthropic (AI processing of your idea/Clarify content to generate your app), Stripe (payments), and Vercel (hosting, publishing your app, and domain registration). Each has its own privacy practices governing the data we send them.

If you purchase a custom domain, your registrant contact information is shared with the domain registrar as required to complete a real domain registration — this is a requirement of how domain registration works, not something we can make optional.

We don't share your data with anyone else for their own marketing purposes.

If you choose to publish an app, its content and URL are publicly accessible to anyone with the link — that's the point of publishing. Don't publish anything you don't want to be public.

We use a session cookie (set by Clerk) to keep you signed in. We don't use third-party advertising trackers.

We keep your account data and generated apps for as long as your account is active. If you discard a project, we stop showing it to you, but some records may be retained for a period for legitimate operational or legal reasons (like billing history).

You can review and manage your own projects from your dashboard. To request deletion of your account or personal data, contact us through the Support page or email bimal@pixel8digital.com — we'll respond as required by applicable law.

Idea2Life isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll update the “Last updated” date above.
